Pooja was born on the 13th of October 1990 in Mumbai Maharashtra, India. She is an Indian Film Actress, Model and known for her work on Tamil Telugu Hindi and other films. She began her personal journey with her birth to Hindu parents Manjunath (the father) and Latha (the mother). Rishabh Hegde was her younger sister. Pooja is part of a family that is predominantly from Udupi. She does not just speak Hindi well, but she is also proficient in Tamil Telugu Kannada as well. Profession Pooja was attracted by fashion and modeling since early years and later decided to begin her career as a model or actor. While she was studying she started to pursue her dreams of participating in modeling assignments. In 2010, she was the second runner up in her Miss Universe India competition. Following this, she focused on her career in films. In order to get break-in films she contacted a variety of filmmakers from the south and Mughmodo was the first film of her career. Mughmodo, her debut film within the industry of cinema was created by her after she met with a number of southern film makers. "Oka Laila" Kosam is the name of the film. After that, she was offered a variety of film opportunities, and was featured in several films from south India. Her debut performance as an actor in Bollywood was in the film Mohanjo Dara by Ashutosh Gvarikar that she acted in in the year 2016. She was in the film with Hrithik Rohan. The actress returned home to her homeland in south following the film's success as one of the biggest box-office hits. Following the launch of her Bollywood she had few Telugu film launches, including Saakshyam Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava and Maharshi. All of her films did very well at box office and she appeared in the Bollywood movie Housefull 4.
