Taylor Momsen comes from St. Louis Missouri. Her most well-known role is Jenny Humphrey as part of the CW drama Gossip Girl, and also as the lead singer of rock band The Pretty Reckless. The songs of Momsen have been featured in a variety of shows and films, including How to Be Solo Going the Distance as well as Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen was born on June 26, 1993. She has a younger sister Sloane Momsen who is also an actor. Taylor Momsen studied at Center of Creative Arts, St. Louis. At just three, she performed professionally in the Shake 'n Bake commercial on national television in 1997. Momsen's acting career came and went with an abrupt halt during a span that lasted three years. She then received the part of the principal role in Misconceptions which airs on WB. Momsen played a role in Saving Shiloh 2006. During this time. Momsen also tried out for the lead role in Hannah Montana and was in the top three, but it was given instead to Miley Cyrus.
