Sharni Vinson is an Australian-American actor, dancer and actress born on July 22, 1983. She was born in Sydney Australia. In 201, she had her acting debut on the Australian soap opera called Home and Away. She had a tiny role in only two episodes. It was because of her exceptional performance that she was given the opportunity to take on the lead parts. But she was rejected from the part. In the exact same show Cassie Turner was chosen to portray a teenage troubled child living in a foster home. Fans and critics were awed by her performance.
